Liquor Policy
New Zealand has strict liquor laws to ensure alcohol is not sold to any persons under the age of 18. It is Bon Vino’s responsibility to uphold that law and as such Bon Vino WILL NOT knowingly sell alcohol products to anyone under the age of 18.
Bon Vino requires you by law to confirm that you, or the person you are purchasing for are 18 years of age or over. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor.
- Delivery staff/contractors may ask for proof of identification before delivering an order, to help prevent the sale of alcohol products to people under the age of 18
- Should appropriate identification not be supplied where requested, then the attempt to purchase alcohol products will be declined
- Customers must not knowingly provide incorrect information regarding their age or use Bon Vino to supply others under the age of 18
- Bon Vino will not knowingly sell alcohol to an intoxicated person
