If you receive your order and you're...

  • Not happy with the product
  • There has been damage during transit
  • Or you have a general question

We will happily replace, credit or refund you should the product be damaged in transit.

Within 30-days of purchase, if the wine purchased wasn't what you expected, we're happy for you to return any unopened bottles in their original condition, for a credit, replacement or refund. 

There's nothing worse than sitting down for a meal and opening the bottle to find there's an issue with it. Screw caps are the norm these days in the modern world of wines, however on occasion you may receive a 'faulty' bottle, please contact should that be the case and we will remedy the situation.
