Vin Santo 2005

This  dessert wine is also known as Holy Wine, as it was historically used at Communion. Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay grapes are dried on racks for up to 3 months.

This concentrates the grapes and gives the wine its luscious, complex flavour and refined elegance.

Serve after the meal with biscotti or try the Italian tradition of dipping cantucci almond biscuits.
